    Educating requires ways and methods that can help students absorb and understand the material and teaching delivered by educators. The importance and necessity of Targhib and Tarhib methods in the world of education for its practitioners cannot be completely ignored. Moral aqidah material at MTs Hidayatus Syubban is an educational program directed at encouraging, guiding, and fostering students so that they can know, understand, live and believe in faith so that it colors their daily mindset and behavior. But in general, students are not interested in the material so that in learning the moral creed it is considered normal and underestimated, eventually the teachers complain and that is the same as experienced in other MTs. With this problem, the implementation of the Targhib and Tarhib methods becomes interesting to study. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Targhib and Tarhib methods in learning Akidah Akhlak students of MTs Hidayatus Syubban Karangroto Genuk Semarang. Based on field observations, in Akhlak Akidah Learning the teacher has implemented educational tools in the form of Targhib and Tarhib according to existing theories. Rewards given to students are not in the form of valuable objects, but in the form of words, beautiful praise and deeds. The application of punishment aims so that students know their mistakes and can change them and will not repeat the mistakes they have made.   Keywords: Implementation, method, targhib, tarhi

    The purpose of this study is to describe the concept and application of BUDAI, and analized it in the light of Islamization of science in Unissula Semarang. The method used in this thesis is a qualitative, the main feature of this approach lies in its purpose to describe a case by understanding the meaning and symptoms, by so doing data analysis is descriptive - analytic. The data is gained observation and documentation. The Thesis finds out that BUDAI has two important dimensions, one is to strengthen the aspect of science and technology, and the other is focus on the strengthening the spiritual aspect. The research also shows that the concept and application of BUDAI confirms with the idea of Islamization proposed by Al-Attas and Al-Faruqy, nevertheless the study also finds that many aspects. AbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konsep dan aplikasi BUDAI, serta ditinjau dalam perspektif islamisasi ilmu di UNISSULA Semarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kualitatif, ciri khas pendekatan ini terletak pada tujuannya untuk mendeskripsikan suatu kasus dengan memahami makna dan gejala, sehingga analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif – analitik. Pengumpulan datanya melalui metode observasi dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa BUDAI memiliki dua unsur utama. Yang pertama penekanan pada aspek IPTEK dan yang kedua pada aspek Ruhiyah. Dan aplikasi BUDAI yang seperti ini sejalan dengan ide islamisasi ilmu pengetahuan seperti yang digagas oleh Al-Attas dan Al-Faruqi. Meskipun demikian masih banyak aspek-aspek dari BUDAI yang perlu ditinjau ulang untuk menjadikan program ini terlaksana dengan baik.

    Education has a very urgent role in building a civilization. It can even be said that education is the main pillar in the effort to build a dignified civilization. Therefore, history records that no civilization has ever ruled the world but begins with science. However, Islamic education today has almost lost its prestige as a process that leads every child of Adam to become a whole human. Even though educational institutions have facilities, these institutions are still not quite successful in producing civilized human figures. This is because the vision and mission of education which leads to the formation of civilized humans are neglected in the objectives of educational institutions.In principle, the goals of Islamic education must be in line with the objectives of the Islamic message, in line with the objectives of Islamic law. Therefore, the aim of Islamic education must be universal and always be up to date with all ages, as always the teachings of Islam, so that the objectives of Islamic syari'at which want to realize rahmatan li al-alamin can truly be realized.The aim of education is essentially to produce human beings who behave in an Islamic manner, namely humans who believe and obey Allah as a source of absolute power that must be obeyed.     Tujuan utama kegiatan supervisi adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, yang pada akhirnya juga berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa. Karena begitu besar manfaat dari pelaksanaan supervisi bagi guru, maka kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsinya sebagai seorang supervisor, dituntut pula untuk mengetahui, memahami, dan terampil dalam melaksanakan supervisi. Tuntutan tersebut mengharuskan seorang kepala sekolah memiliki kompetensi supervisi yang memadai. Berdasarkan hasil monitoring dan evaluasi peneliti selaku Pengawas SMP di sekolah wilayah kabupaten Situbondo, ditemukan bahwa sebagian besar kepala sekolah di wilayah kabupaten Situbondo belum mampu menyusun program supervisi akademik dan belum melaksanakan supervisi akademik secara benar, serta belum melaksanakan kegiatan tindak lanjut dari supervisi akademik dalam rangka peningkatan profesionalisme guru. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah dapat diuraikan rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu Apakah dengan pembinaan pengawas sekolah secara berkala model interaksi aktif dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan supervisi akademik terhadap guru secara benar?. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian survei. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Dari pembahasan di atas, dapat penulis simpulkan beberapa hal, yaitu: Pembinaan secara berkala melalui metode interaksi aktif yang dilakukan oleh pengawas terhadap kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan kompetensi supervisi kepala sekolah di Kabupaten Situbondo dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan baik aspek perencanaan supevisi, pelaksanaan supevisi maupun tindak lanjut dalam supervisi akademik.

    Betweenness merupakan ukuran centrality berdasarkan pada lintasan terpendek yang banyak digunakan dalam analisis terhadap graf yang kompleks. Solusi eksak terbaik untuk menghitung betweenness centrality adalah O(nm) untuk graf tak berbobot dan O(nm+n2 log n) untuk graf berbobot untuk jumlah vertex adalah n serta jumlah edge adalah m. Dalam dunia nyata dimana ukuran graf sangat besar perhitungan eksak akan menjadi sangat tidak fisibel. Untuk kondisi tersebut maka solusi pendekatan menjadi pilihan terbaik yang dapat dilakukan. Dalam paper ini akan dibandingkan solusi eksak dengan solusi pendekatan untuk menghitung betweennes centrality. Algoritma eksak yang digunakan adalah algoritma Brandes yang dieksekusi secara stand alone dan paralel serta algoritma pendekatan dengan teknik sampling yang adaptif untuk mengurangi secara signifikan perhitungan jumlah SSSP (single-source shortest path) untuk verteks-verteks yang mempunyai nilai centrality yang tinggi. Dari ketiga algoritma tersebut akan diberikan diskusi terkait dengan kinerja masing-masing dengan graf uji yang berbeda-beda. Untuk keperluan saat ini dan ke depan dibutuhkan algoritma dinamis dengan kompleksitas lebih baik

    Internalization is a method used to absorb and instill values so that they are embedded in humans. This method has been used in texts containing moral teachings such as the manuscript of Serat Kidung Sesingir by Pakubuwono IX. The purpose of writing this article is to reveal the use of the Internalization Method in Learning Morals in the Fiber Kidung Sesingir Manuscript by Pakubuwono IX. The method used uses a qualitative approach and utilizes philological methods to present the text and translate it. The result is in step (1). Modeling is carried out using the story method, namely conveying stories from the past and being used for the process of taking orders; (2). Habituation, by inculcating noble character such as diligently working, worshiping, and others; (3). Enforcement of the rules, the author of the manuscript uses examples in the form of direct punishment of a number of religious officials who violate morals; (4). Motivating is carried out according to the level that humans have and the motivation for each person is adjusted to the circumstances of the person concerned
